I. Product and Usage Instructions

1. Product Nature
The mobility scooters sold on this Site (including electric mobility scooters, senior mobility scooters, and portable folding mobility scooters) are non-road motor vehicles and are intended for use only in non-public road environments, such as enclosed campuses, residential communities, shopping malls, scenic areas, factory premises, and indoor accessible pathways. Use on public roads — including motor vehicle lanes, non-motorized vehicle lanes, sidewalks, highways, and major urban roads — is strictly prohibited.

2. Compliance Notice
Some countries/regions impose mandatory requirements on the road use, registration, driver's license, and insurance of mobility scooters. Buyers are solely responsible for complying with local traffic laws and regulations. The Store shall not be liable for any fines, accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from use in violation of such laws.

3. Eligible Users
These products may be used only by persons with full legal capacity for civil conduct whose physical condition is suitable for operating the product. Use by minors, pregnant women, persons under the influence of alcohol or medication, or persons with physical or mental disabilities is strictly prohibited.

II. Safety Responsibilities and Risk Disclosure

1. Users must strictly follow the instruction manual, wear protective gear, and inspect the brakes, battery, tires, and steering before each use. Users shall not exceed speed limits or load limits, modify the product, unlock speed limiters, or install third-party accessories.

2. Any personal injury, death, or property damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modification, failure to maintain, water immersion, collision, overloading, or illegal road use shall be borne solely by the user.

3. The vehicle is intended for short-distance use only and does not meet motor vehicle safety standards. It is not suitable for high-speed use, long slopes, or wet, slippery, or rugged terrain.

III. Disclaimer

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Store shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of the product.

2. The Store makes no implied warranties regarding the suitability, durability, or merchantability of the product. The actual product and the instruction manual shall prevail.

3. The Store shall not be liable for failures or accidents caused by force majeure, logistics, third-party accessories, or repairs performed by the user.

4. Shopify provides platform technology services only and bears no responsibility for the products, transactions, or safety incidents.

IV. Warranty and After-Sales Service

1. Warranty Coverage: Factory quality defects are covered. Damage caused by human factors, modification, consumables, wearable parts, or abnormal use is not covered by the warranty.

2. Warranty Process:The buyer must provide the order number and photos/videos of the fault. After the Store's assessment, repair, replacement parts, or return/exchange will be provided.

3. Cross-border Sales:** Shipping costs, tariffs, customs clearance fees, and local taxes shall be borne by the buyer. The Store is not responsible for destination compliance or registration/licensing.

V. Orders and Transactions

1. Placing an order constitutes agreement to all terms of this Notice.

2. Inventory, prices, and descriptions may be updated. The Store reserves the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds in the event of stock shortage.

3. Orders take effect upon successful payment. Chargebacks or fraudulent payment card use will be pursued through legal means.

VI. Privacy and Intellectual Property

1. Privacy Policy:Personal information is protected in accordance with Shopify's policies and local laws, and is used only for order fulfillment and customer service.

2. Intellectual Property: Images, text, and trademarks belong to the Store. Misappropriation, copying, or commercial use is prohibited.

VII. Amendment and Governing Law

1. Updates to these terms will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, the laws of the seller's place of business shall govern.
